I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation on a Chevy Trax I bought from them. It was free. It has been many years since I've been to a dealership for service, but it was a great, relaxed experience, and I'll go back.
Had a great experience buying a used vehicle here. Jamie was super friendly and didn't pressure me into anything, and we were able to work out a good deal on the vehicle. Very happy and would definitely recommend working with this dealer!

I was very pleased with their service department on my visit. I had been hearing a rattle and didn’t realize it was a special warranty item that some Traverses had an issue with. It was fixed promptly along with other service work had it in for.
I talked with Will the fixed operations director and he explained and fix the problem. We are satisfied with what was arranged.
They tried twice to repair my truck. They billed me twice to repair the same problem. The same problem is back again. Been waiting on a call from the service manager.

Not good. Switched to VC because of poor service from another dealer in the area. Service experience has been even worse. Brought in my Canyon for a loss of refrigerant. Dropped it off on a Monday at 7:30 a.m. They did not even do a diagnosis until Thursday. They provided a courtesy vehicle because of the delay. Was charged for a diagnosis and replenishment of refrigerant but they could not identify the leak. I purchased a vehicle from Vic Canever and they were great! Tim Taylor was the best. I would highly recommend him as a salesman. Purchased a Chevy Trax for my son. Salesman, Marc Murray was checking on a second key for Trax. I called him for 2 months. He would not return my calls. I contacted Manager, Alex Mamot? He was very engaged and was going to call me back the next day. He was going to ‘take care of this.’ He never called back! When my car is in the shop there why should I go 567 days without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2 weeks on two different occasions within 5 weeks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with it. No loaner car available apparently. So I don't trust the service department to take care of my needs anymore.

I waited over 3 hours for an oil change and a radio reprogram, The radio stopped working before I exited the parking lot and would have turned around but I only have 1 day off a week and already had waisted half of it
I was apprehensive to use Vic Canever for a body shop repair due to quality issues on repairs of two previous vehicles (one of which was never resolved), but was assured last year after the purchase of my most recent vehicle that "things have changed and there's new management" and was asked to give them another chance. It has been years and you still get it wrong on who brought the car in. You keep sending me emails when my wife brings her auto in. You try to jam repairs thats not really need.
